As an illustration partner I was tapped by the Creative Director of the National Aquarium in Baltimore to collaborate with the design department to provide artistic direction and illustrations for several initiatives including exhibit designs, content marketing, and event installations.
Working closely with the exhibit design team, I contributed illustrations for a re-vamp of the exhibit panels. Part of my role was to craft a singular illustration style that worked well for the brand, space, and the interactive elements planned within the panels while also remaining anatomically accurate.
In the summer of 2018, I was approached by the design team to contribute illustrations for a planned outdoor exhibit for Artscape- which is the largest free arts festival in the US attracting over 350,000 attendees.
An ongoing project- Oceans A to Z is a social media and content marketing campaign on the Aquariums social media channels and the main website It generated thousands of views and user engagement over the year long campaign.
